Pros

They employ people, but you can do a lot better elsewhere without a doubt

Cons

From day one the goal post changes continuously for no apparent reason. If you open your mouth and show your discontent you will be side-lined and pushed out. It's all a smoke and mirrors scenario, where middle management attempts to cover their own back, as they have been promoted internally and are incapable of / scared of standing up for their team to upper management. Morale is rock bottom and the attitude from management is "just get on with it". I.e. there is no genuine interest in employees' satisfaction despite the corporate clichés like "our people are our most valuable asset". What they really mean is "our people are our most expensive asset" and we can therefor treat them with arrogance and disrespect. Competition has caught up whilst the management has been battling it out internally, which has created a ripple effect of internal conflicts and resulted in an exodus of great people and valuable customers

Pros

Company card Ping pong table

Cons

- Management out of touch with how a sales development org should work - sales floor is highly awkward and the sdr director is trying to make a fake atmosphere - a month before SKO, don’t move the goal posts as to who should go. SKO is a business trip. NOT a reward. - Toxic atmosphere, very much a blame culture - There are much better companies to be an SDR that offer much better benefits. - wellness days are just an excuse to bully your workforce and then post on social media that Dynatrace are big on mental health when wellness days take place.

Pros

Honestly, the computer and monitor I received were high quality. Except it was buggy from probably having sub-standard anti-virus software.

Cons

Management only hires people they deem to not be a threat to their current position. So if they think you're better than them, get prepared for a barage of gaslighting. Management was inconsistent in their feedback and when you corrected them regarding your performance, they will repeat their criticism as if they never heard what you just said. Management is really nice to you at first, but then when the work starts they use intimidation and put downs to coerce into performing. Because, you know, I hate my job and have no passion for my field, so I need to be intimidated to be inspired. Management is childish. And the only way they advance in the company is by keeping away people they perceive to be competition. It's sad really. Somewhat of sideshow. If you have any talent, they'll stand over you in their position of authority and make you chase your tail until you quit or until they fire you.
