Customers are absolutely horrendous and nothing gets done about it. Save your mental health and don’t apply here… I got very sick and stressed as I was very unsupported and constantly screamed at by customers. Management make you feel like an idiot if you’re not an expert by a month into the role. Constant constant constant changes in policies and rules, you’re meant to know everything after reading the document once and get thrown in the deep end. The training is fine, but goodness it does not highlight the abuse you get from customers. You are clock watched and micromanaged to death. You hardly get support. There’s no room for flexibility. You get penalised if you haven’t reached your targets. Oh did I mention the impossible KPIs?
