Pros

You learn fast because you have no choice.

Cons

It always feels like there are not enough people and somehow everything is still expected to get done. Management is rough and most managers talk down to staff like basic respect is optional. You are not allowed to speak up directly, everything has to go through layers that go nowhere. HR barely helps and usually just disappears when things get messy. Job postings feel misleading since roles never seem to open for real. The company talks a big game about values, but it all feels fake once you see how little support or training anyone actually gets.

We absolutely hear you on the pace during peak periods, it can definitely get lively! Our Customer Care Administrators (yourself included) do an amazing job during these times and we’re incredibly proud of how they support our customers when demand is high.

Pros

The company sets clear expectations for how to treat every customer. The high standards push me to stay organized and help me build better habits. There are frequent training sessions, so I pick up new tips for handling product questions and tricky order issues. Because of this, I speak with more confidence and manage to stay calm when it gets very busy.

Cons

It can be difficult to get answers from supervisors during peak hours.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.

Job security with a stable company and real possibilities to move up. Promotions from within, so you can rise in the ranks if you prove you're ready for greater responsibilities. Solid training and mentorship from supervisors and experienced reps on the team.

Cons

Some great managers but also some only concerned with numbers

- Leads are on the floor and ready to assist if needed - Onboarding and training covered all the basics - Veteran reps are happy to share tips with new people - Never had any issues with pay - Workplace remains organized and calm even when busy

Some of the managers are hard to reach

The worst company to work for, bar none.

From what I experienced, there aren't any pros or benefits to working for Lifeplus. I did have some decent coworkers, but I wasn't able to make any meaningful connections with any of them since they left a few months after I joined.

Cons

When I say Lifeplus is the WORST company I've ever worked for, it's no exaggeration. I was already burnt out as soon as I started working here; management expected me to know how to do my job perfectly with ZERO support and ZERO training! I was at a loss on what to do for my first few months, and I couldn't even ask for help from my coworkers because they were just as lost as I was. Whenever I made a mistake, I was insulted for being stupid and incompetent, but I wasn't given any proper feedback to help me correct said mistake and make me grow. What's even more frustrating is that despite the high expectations, employees aren't rewarded at all for their hard work, and their needs are constantly being ignored. Lifeplus makes it blatantly clear that it couldn't care less about employees, and only cares about profit. The leadership keeps setting unrealistic expectations, while management lacks any empathy and neglects to provide any support or guidance. I've seen a lot of talented people leave the company because, despite performing at a high level, their efforts were never acknowledged, much less rewarded, and the only time they got any attention was whenever they messed up.

Something to build on long-term

Excellent benefits package and many opportunities to learn new skills and advance. Company that clearly values long-term growth, providing support beyond basic training. Good place to build a career, not just hold a job.
