Very stressful and unorganized onboarding- very pushy training, not possible to learn efficiently what was necessary - setting KPI that the employed are unaware of and demand to understand the KPI through the training - constant incoming calls or chats with disappointed customers complaining about 1- 2 hours waiting time and agents that could not answer question - not serious customer service approach as customer demands higher quality. A classic hire and fire company -the worst I have seen in 10 years - a very efficient HR department with ads out constantly - they hire and fire - I recommend researching and choosing another company

Awful company to work for. I had the misfortune to work in tech support Manchester office for 3 months. Extremely strict environment, all your calls are listened to and you get punished for literally the smallest mistake. They constantly threaten you with P1 and P2 fails (which lead to contract termination) and monitor your every move. Recorded discussions for being 1 minute late from your break, systems constantly playing up, unprofessional environment. Most people just phone in sick every week as its very hard to survive a full week there. No proper screens have even been set up. People who test positive for COVID were sent home for two weeks and the company didn't notify the rest of the team as to why they are away so that we continue taking calls!
