Many growth opportunities, from exploring different roles to great apprenticeships; Genuine people to work with.

Cons

Having been 7 years with the company, I have witness the transition from what in the first year was attributed to one person's role, got transformed afterwords to 3-4 roles merged into a single one. The amount of work and tasks has become unsustainable, and the team turnover percentage started going through the roof.
