Salary and bonus (although bonus is based on personal and business performance with many goals to achieve to be eligible for a higher percentage)

- Toxic middle and upper management who favour employees that have been there for a decade - Back to back meetings without appreciation - Childish managers who can’t keep staff for longer than 1-2 years - stuffy environment with outdated working policies and unrealistic goals set by manager - Constant restructures throughout the year with thousands of jobs being lost each time so zero job security - Claims to be diverse but majority of diversity is in IT
