Pros

Solid benefits, a great introduction to personal development work, and strong people acquisition. Incredible ability to attract amazing people!

Cons

Poor retention of great talent. Strong retention and investment in nepotists and under-qualified "leaders". Employer of empty promises, bypassing, and deflection through the use of personal development prompts, ie. "what do you need to let go of?" and "what story are you telling yourself?"
