The results from our last financial year have been published, and after a challenging year, we are incredibly proud of what we achieved as a business. Despite our 71 stores being closed for half the year due to the pandemic, turnover was down just 14 per cent against 2019/20, which was our centenary and most profitable year. We’re delighted to have retained such a strong level of profit, giving us the opportunity to continually invest in our business, our people, and our commitment to charitable causes.
