We're pleased to introduce Cezary Milewicki as the new Home Manager at Mellish House Residential Home in Sudbury, Suffolk! What makes this extra special? While Cezary is new to Mellish House, he isn't new to Caring Homes. He's been part of our family for 13 years, most recently as Deputy Manager at Hillside Care Home, so this is a well-earned promotion for someone who truly lives and breathes our values. We asked Cezary a few questions so you can get to know him a little better... I enjoy building long-term, meaningful relationships with residents and their families. There is nothing better than seeing a resident thrive because they feel valued, respected and cherished. I believe in transparency and active involvement from the very beginning. My goal is to maintain an open door policy where families feel heard and supported through every step of the transition. The heart of a home is its people. A home feels right when there's a real sense of warmth, a dedicated team that treats residents with dignity, and a community where residents still have a voice in their daily lives. Congratulations Cezary, here's to a fantastic chapter ahead!

Here's what they had to say: "Kasheta delivers a high standard of care and professionalism... she has shown herself to be kind, patient and highly respectful towards the individuals she supports. Her professional attitude and strong work ethic was evident in the way she carried out her duties and interacted with others." Kasheta is exactly the kind of person that makes Caring Homes such a great place to live & work. Meet Michelle French, Our Caring Homes Clinical Trainer We continue to celebrate our nurses during International Nurses Week, shining the spotlight on our Group Clinical Trainer, Michelle French. Many years ago, when Michelle was a young mum, she worked as an administrator at a warehouse. When her role was made redundant, one of her friends who was working in domiciliary care at the time suggested it might be a career option, but Michelle was adamant that the world of care wasnโt for her. Nevertheless, when her friend invited her to join her on some home visits Michelle agreed โ and immediately fell in love with what the role had to offer.
