🌟 January Apprentice of the Month 🌟 We’re pleased to celebrate Lauren, Care Assistant at Latham Lodge Nursing & Residential Care Home, as our January Apprentice of the Month Lauren is currently completing her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship and her tutor was incredibly impressed during a recent observation. When an unexpected fire alarm went off, Lauren remained calm, took the lead to ensure residents and others were safe and once the situation was resolved, made sure everyone was supported and reassured; tea included A wonderful example of calm leadership, compassion and putting people first.
