At Elior UK, giving our colleagues the opportunity to grow and progress is fundamental to our success and a key part of our People Promise. Adeel Mahmood is a tremendous example of a colleague applying the skills learned from their apprenticeship to the workplace and their personal growth journey. His desire for growth has included taking on increased responsibilities and promotion whilst studying for his level 7 finance apprenticeship and he has demonstrated a strong commitment to continue developing his skills, whilst leading by example and being a role model. It’s no surprise that Adeel is an Elior UK award for excellence winner too, taking home last year’s award in our Invest in Me category. Elior UK's Richard Hall and Luke Langford, braving the waters and the weather to participate in and support the second annual Impellam Group Dragon Boat Race. The event was a tremendous success and although they weren't victorious, the team had a great day and raised lots of money for a wonderful Charity, Lia's Wings, an organisation dedicated to providing vital medical transport for babies and children in need. Great job Rick and Luke and thanks for making a difference!
