This week saw our Department VS Department Sports day, in typical movie making fashion, it was all to play for at the grand finale event – The Sprint! After many mopped brows, drafting in an independent adjudicator and a few false starts the sprint race finally got under way….. Staying true to form, our customer service department was victorious and took no1 spot, just like our positioning on the review centre for Customer Service. Well done team customer service, we hope you enjoy your victory lunch!

Last night… we WON! Today we hit 1 million customers across the UK. Having started the business 10 years ago, this was one of our milestone aspirations. Thank you to everyone in the business across our locations who have worked tirelessly to achieve this common goal, what an achievement and fantastic way to end 2021.
