We are delighted to announce that our sales academy training has been endorsed by the Institute of Sales Management (http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMPmc) All new employees joining our sales teams complete the 5 day training course as part of their on boarding. We will also be rolling the programme out across our existing sales teams. The aim of the course is to provide participants with a structured framework to help them sell the "Policy Expert" way. The course is modular based and covers call opening, objection handling, closing and other products. This allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the training experience, easing the transition into the live call centre environment.
In less than two weeks time, Adam & Dan from the Policy Expert London office are participating in the London Marathon to help support our incredible partner charity KidsOut. KidsOut provide experiences that disadvantaged young people would otherwise not have access to and truly make a difference to thousands of children up and down the UK.
