❔ Ever wondered what it’s like to work for us? ❓ As we’re the leading provider of special education in the UK, there are things that we do every day that define who we are. If it’s the right thing to do for a young person, then it’s the right thing to do. Geraldine Mendonca, Head Teacher of Luxborough Court School which opened in November 2022, gives us an insight into how we work as a team and the importance of our integrated learning. We make sure that we offer great support to all our employees whether that is through training, career opportunities or wellbeing experiences. Being the Head Teacher of a brand new school can be both exciting and challenging, but Geraldine demonstrates that you are supported every step of the way, ensuring our young people get the best experiences. She commented: “I had high expectations [and] I would say that Witherslack Group has far exceeded them’ as well as emphasising that we "are focused on being completely child centred throughout". This video highlights that our #hugesmallvictories are created by valuing and supporting our employees, who in turn provide our young people with the best possible outcomes. 🏆 Follow the link below to watch a short video to learn first-hand what it's like to start working with us!
