Thanks to the XPS Women's Network and everyone who participated, this week was a fantastic week of raising awareness and learning how we can all work together to #BreatheBias, in celebration of International Women’s Day 2022. On Monday, the XPS Women’s Network shared a powerful video with examples of bias our female colleagues have experienced during their careers. On Tuesday, Sonya Barlow, founder of the Like-Minded Females Network, offered some insights into we can practice confidence-building, celebrate each other's achievements, and support one another as allies, which was followed by a Careers Story discussion with Roz Watson, Vicky Mullins, and Mary McCleod on Thursday. Finally, today, the Women’s Network concluded the week with a coffee morning to discuss some of the activities that have taken place and suggestions for how we can continue to break biases within XPS.
