Marshalls Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Phone interview (30 min max.), then proceeded to second in-person interview at applied location. Decent interviews, but found that they valued people who wouldn't realize that they favor older staff who won't try to change anything internally (even obvious cleaning/safety standards/time expectations).

Mainly behavioural questions and situational questions, describing a situation where you had to deal or do XYZ, you sit in the office while they take notes about your experience and your answers, will be contacted within 2 weeks
